RETURN POLICY
RETURN POLICY

You may return any item, except personalized items*, within a maximum period of 60 days, if it is complete, without any signs of use or damage and with all accompanying materials.

If you return any item that does not meet the above conditions, you will not be entitled to any refund.

Returns are free if the reason for the return is TwoBrothers’ responsibility (e.g. you received an item that was different from what you ordered, you received an item with a defect) If the reason is because you made a mistake or changed your mind, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are not possible on items with personalized engraving, you can only exchange them, see the exchange policy.

Before making any return, please contact us through the Contact Form, indicating:

  • Subject: “Exchanges and Returns”
  • order number (6-digit number);
  • name

Items must be returned in the original packaging, without signs of use, in perfect condition, accompanied by the order number and must be sent to the following address: Rua Marquesa do Cadaval 108,4510-603 Fânzeres, PORTUGAL.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), Twobrothers will verify their compliance and good condition, and schedule the refund operation (read “REFUND” section for more information)

The refund will be refused whenever the return does not comply with the rules described.

In case of returning items, the respective amount will be refunded within an estimated period of 5 to 8 business days after receiving the items in our warehouse.

Refunds are made using the same method you made the payment. For cash on delivery, Multibanco (entity and reference) and MBway payments, reimbursement is made via bank transfer.

The amount corresponding to the shipping costs for the return of your own free will, and within the period described above, is not refunded.

Refunds will be refused whenever the return does not comply with the rules described (read “RETURN POLICY” section).

EXCHANGE POLICY
EXCHANGE POLICY

We only exchange new, complete products, without any type of damage or signs of use, within a maximum period of 60 days after the date of purchase.

For items with personalized engraving, it is only permitted to change size or exchange for another item as long as the personalized engraving carried out does not compromise the sale of the item.

Examples where exchanges are not allowed:

  • Personalization in Rings
  • Personalization in Watches
  • Personalization on bracelets with plates
  • Personalization on necklace pendants

CANCELLATION
CANCELLATION

You can only cancel an order if it has not been shipped.

To make a cancellation request, please contact us through the Contact Form, indicating:

  • Subject: “Cancellation”
  • order number (6-digit number);
  • name

If your order was canceled unexpectedly there is a possibility that our anti-fraud filters considered the order fraudulent.

If you are sure this is not true, please contact us or place a new order.

WARRANTY
GUARANTEES

Watches:

TwoBrothers offers a warranty that covers manufacturing defects for 3 years after the date of the purchase invoice. If watch components do not function properly, for manufacturing reasons, we will repair your item or replace it.

However, the warranty does not cover any recurring problems caused by abuse or signs of wear that may affect your watch and compromise its proper functioning. The warranty does not cover damage caused by water, normal wear and tear, batteries, damage to the glass by accident, scratches, damage to the band or theft. For more information you can consult the FAQs.

Proof of purchase is mandatory to claim or request warranty services, so always keep your proof of purchase. If you purchased on our website or through another online platform, the order number will suffice. If you purchased through an authorized retailer’s physical store, you need to contact them directly so they can request their own warranty conditions, exchanges and returns.

Steel articles:

All stainless steel items are guaranteed for 3 years after the date of purchase invoice for cases of oxidation, discoloration or other abnormal changes that you detect in the steel.

The warranty does not cover defects caused by negligence, such as scratches, dents, falls, alterations made by the customer or corrosion caused by chemical agents.

Twobrothers items are made from hypo-allergenic 316L surgical steel and undergo rigorous quality control to ensure their quality and longevity.

When the necklace/bracelet is made of a mesh/wire less than 3 mm wide, it is considered delicate, which is why we recommend not using the accessory during sports, as well as during the night’s sleep.

MODIFICATION OF SERVICE AND PRICES
CHANGES TO SERVICE AND PRICES

Twobrothers may modify prices without prior notice.

All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the legal rate in force.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service and/or product (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We will not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the Website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only in accordance with our Return Policy.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. SHIPPING
SHIPMENTS

The order will be shipped as quickly as possible after payment confirmation.

Order placed and paid*:

  • until 4pm on working days, it can be sent on the same day.
  • after 4pm, it will be sent the next working day.

* In cases of billing, there is no payment confirmation.

Orders are delivered on business days.

We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Twobrothers is not responsible for the data entered into the order information by the customer, such as names, addresses, contacts and items added to the cart.
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to correctly fill in the information necessary for the processing, shipping and delivery of the order to be carried out successfully, so that in situations where data is incorrect and/or incomplete, the customer will be responsible for the corresponding amount. to the postage of the new shipment, implying an extension in the estimated delivery times.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Twobrothers product you can return it and request a refund.

The return must take place within a maximum period of 60 days after the date of receipt of the order.

Return deadlines may be exceptional and temporarily modified during promotional periods. Transport costs arising from returns or dissatisfaction are borne by the customer.

Regarding the right to terminate the contract by Companies, Institutions, Liberal Professionals and Individual Entrepreneurs, the general law of the Portuguese civil code applies, set out in decree-law 67/2003.
