Exchanges and returns
You can exchange / return any item*, within a maximum period of 60 days after purchase.
You must contact us before proceeding with the exchange / return.
The item must be complete, in box and without any signs of use. Failure to comply with these conditions may void the right to any refund.
Returns are free if the reason for the return is TwoBrothers’ responsibility (for example: you received an item that was different from what you ordered; you received an item with a defect).
If the reason is because you made a mistake or changed your mind, the return/exchange shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Before making any exchange / return, contact us via Contact Form , indicating:
- Subject: “Exchanges and Returns”
- order number (6-digit number);
- name and address
*Items with personalized engraving cannot be returned. Only size exchanges or exchanges for similar items are accepted on eligible items.
You can check whether the personalized product is eligible for exchanges at:
- Popup displayed when clicking on “What to customize?”, in the personalized engraving section of the respective product, or;
- please contact Twobrothers customer support.
Return
If items are returned, the respective amount will be refunded within an estimated period of 5 to 8 working days after receipt of the items in our warehouse.
Refunds are made using the same method that made the payment. For cash on delivery, Multibanco (entity and reference) and MBway payments, reimbursement is made via bank transfer.
The amount corresponding to shipping costs for the voluntary return, and within the period described above, is not refunded.
