TwoBrothers offers a warranty that covers manufacturing defects for 3 years after the date of purchase. If parts of the watch do not work correctly, for manufacturing reasons, we will repair your item or replace it.
The TwoBrothers warranty does not cover:
Our watches are manufactured to high quality standards, however, your watch is covered by our limited warranty against any manufacturing defects; this includes the clock mechanism, indicators, dial and hands.
TwoBrothers offers a warranty that covers manufacturing defects for 3 years after the first purchase. If parts of the watch do not work correctly, for manufacturing reasons, we will repair your item or replace it.
Proof of purchase is mandatory to claim or request warranty services, so always keep your proof of purchase. If you purchased on our website or through another online platform, the order number will be sufficient. If you purchased through a physical store of an authorized reseller, you need to contact them directly so that they can request their own warranty conditions, exchanges and returns.
The warranty does not include:
– value corresponding to sending the item(s) to Twobrothers facilities;
– value corresponding to sending the item(s) after repair to the customer.
In other words, the amount corresponding to shipping costs for items to activate the warranty is the customer’s full responsibility, with Twobrothers having the right not to send the item until payment of the new shipping amount is confirmed.
All stainless steel items have a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase for cases of oxidation, discoloration or other abnormal changes that you detect in the steel.
Twobrothers items are produced in anti-allergenic 316L surgical steel and are subjected to rigorous quality control to guarantee their quality and longevity.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by negligence, such as scratches, dents, falls, alterations made by the customer or corrosion caused by chemical agents.
The warranty does not include:
– value corresponding to sending the item(s) to Twobrothers facilities;
– value corresponding to sending the item(s) after repair to the customer.
In other words, the amount corresponding to shipping costs for items to activate the warranty is the customer’s full responsibility, with Twobrothers having the right not to send the item until payment of the new shipping amount is confirmed.
When the necklace/bracelet is made of a mesh/wire less than 3 mm wide, it is considered delicate, so we recommend that you do not use the accessory during sports, as well as during the night’s sleep.
