Exchanges and returns
You may exchange/return any item* within a maximum period of 60 days after purchase.
The item must be complete, in box and without any signs of use.
Refunds are made within an estimated period of 5 to 8 business days, after receipt of the items in our warehouse.
*Items with personalized engraving cannot be returned, only size changes or exchanges for similar items are accepted.
You must contact us before proceeding with the exchange/return.

3 year warranty
All stainless steel items have a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase for cases of oxidation, discoloration or other abnormal changes that you detect in the steel.
Twobrothers items are produced in anti-allergenic 316L surgical steel and are subjected to rigorous quality control to guarantee their quality and longevity.
The warranty does not cover defects caused by negligence, such as scratches, dents, falls, alterations made by the customer or corrosion caused by chemical agents.
Warranty does not include:
- value corresponding to sending the item(s) to Twobrothers facilities;
- value corresponding to sending the item(s) after repair to the customer.
In other words, the amount corresponding to shipping costs for items to activate the warranty is the customer's full responsibility, with Twobrothers having the right not to send the item until payment of the new shipping amount is confirmed.
When the necklace/bracelet is made of a mesh/wire less than 3 mm wide, it is considered delicate, so we recommend that you do not use the accessory during sports, as well as during the night's sleep.
T-shirt washing and treatment
Wash in the machine, at a maximum temperature of 30º, with a reduced spin cycle

If you don’t have a necklace yet, you can choose the ideal size of your first necklace using one of the following methods:
Method 1
- Measure, with a thread/thread, around the neck (to simulate the necklace);
- Use a ruler to check the size obtained. (extend the thread/thread over the ruler)
Method 2
- Cut yarn/thread into different sizes: Men – 50 cm, 55 cm, 60 cm, 65 cm and 70 cm Woman – 40 cm, 45 cm, 50 cm
- Glue the ends of each size with tape;
- Try them on as if they were necklaces;
- This way you can discover the size of the necklace that suits your style.
